It combines oils or lotion with an array of strokes such as rolling, kneading, and percussion to help the body improve its circulation. Our signature Himalayan footbath and detoxification will help eliminate toxins, followed by an invigorating deep acupressure and hot rock foot and hand massage. Herbal oil massage and Bare Foot massage using strong, deep, intense pressure, and cross fiber technique will release muscle tension and pain. Hot compress will help reduce the stress hormone level and put you into total relaxation
The baby massage combines rhythmic movements and an affectionate touch, providing not only comfort and security, but also aids in proper growth development and relieves discomforts from colic to constipation.
The massage will also help regulate baby’s sleep and most of all, establish a bond between parent and child.

Trigger points are tender areas of tension similar to acupressure points, except they occur in the belly of the muscle rather than along the energy pathways of the body. These "knots" are built up throughout a person's life due to physical, mental, and/or emotional stress. During a session, focused pressure is applied through a variety of techniques order to release your trigger points. This process can be quite painful at times, yet the effects are lasting and profoundly transformative.
